Robert Cimmino focuses his practice on complex civil litigation defense for business ventures across many industries both nationally and internationally. He has experience assisting with complex international commercial disputes involving real estate development, electric vehicles, and sales. In addition to civil litigation, Robert assists clients in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, policies, and business transactions.
Robert also works pro bono with the Commercial law Development Program of the U.S. Department of Commerce, conducting lectures and training seminars on international arbitration and commercial law in the Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Balkan region.
As a law student, Robert worked in the office of Justice David Wecht of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, where he assisted in research and writing on various legal matters, including assisting the Justice in drafting his opinion in a landmark First Amendment case.
