
Shawn Mughal
Mr. Mughal takes on business, civil, and contract dispute cases in Virginia state courts and the Eastern District of Virginia Federal Court. He appears before both the Circuit and District courts for civil complaints about monetary and contract disputes, commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes. As an attorney he believes it is his obligation to provide quality and timely service.
Mr. Mughal has taken cases and has successfully represented clients in business purchase and sale, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contractor and vendors disputes along with business customer disputes. He has also represented clients in civil lawsuits for monetary disputes and contract disputes along with eviction and correction of vital records.
Some of the most common cases that Mr. Mughal is routinely involved in deal with partnership disputes, wage disputes, construction disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and matters dealing with correction and/or amendment of birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, and the Virginia Vital Records Department.

He received his Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University in 2007 where he also was a member of Alpha Phi Omega (APO) – Fraternity. He received Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law – Harrisburg, PA in 2012. He was authorized to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2012. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and hold good standing in all jurisdictions.
